Former independent MP Tony Windsor will make an announcement about his political future tomorrow.
Mr Windsor has scheduled a media conference for 10am in Canberra, where he’s expected to declare if he’ll run against Barnaby Joyce in the seat of New England.
The Deputy Prime Minister and leader of the Nationals holds the seat by a margin of around 20 per cent.
Mr Windsor announced his retirement from politics in 2013, but there’s been months of speculation he’ll make a comeback.
