THREE PEOPLE WANTED OVER TERRIFYING NEWCASTLE HOME INVASION

Police are hunting a woman and two men after a terrifying assault and theft in the Newcastle suburb of New Lambton overnight.

Police say the three people broke into a Kings Road home around 11pm and threatened the male occupant with a knife and firearm.

The 33-year-old was assaulted and robbed – the ordeal lasting until the early hours of the morning.
