Terrigal-Avoca has claimed the Black Diamond AFL minor premiership, after a 21-point win over Newcastle City.
The Panthers made a fast start, and were helped by some wayward kicking in front of goal from the home side.
Brandon Thomas booted four, as Terrigal-Avoca booked itself a week off.
Cardiff finishes the regular season in second, ahead of City in third and Warners Bay fourth.
Singleton and Killarney Vale will also play finals footy.
Joined by Wyong Lakes, who prevailed in a must-win clash against Gosford.
