..watching the I-C-C Cricket World Cup trophy make its way on to our golden sands.
In true Gold Coast style, the 100-thousand dollar cup had a rocky arrival aboard an I-R-B.
“Obviously Australia hosting the Wold Cup next year it’s a great opportunity for people to get out and see the world cup, it only happens every four years and we haven’t had one since 1991.”
It was only a fleeting visit – the trophy is now off to Victoria.
