An 18-year-old woman has been flown to John Hunter Hospital after falling from a rock platform in the Glenrock State Conservation Area, near Newcastle.
The woman is understood to be suffering head and pelvic injuries, sustained when she fell near Leichhardt’s Lookout late this morning.
She’s reported to be in a stable condition.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter had earlier winched a doctor and paramedic into the remote location.
