Forensic police are examining a substance they believe could be synthetic cannabis after it was seized from a tobacconist in Kurri Kurri.
Officers from the Hunter Valley Police District executed a search warrant at the Lang Street business just before nine o’clock yesterday morning.
Several items were allegedly seized during the raid including drug paraphernalia, cash and a mobile phone.
