COMMUNITY INVITED TO COME TOGETHER TO PRAY FOR RAIN

Residents are being invited to ‘Pray for Rain’ at the Tamworth Town Hall this evening.

Local churches have banded together to organise the hour-long prayer time, asking for the heavens to open up for a much-needed downpour.

“This is for people of any church, or no church at all, even if you just want to come and watch. Just come and be part of it as a display of support for the farming community,” Howard Barnes, Ministers Fraternal.

If you’d like to take part, the ‘Prayer for Rain’ will begin at 7.30pm.
