TAMWORTH THUNDERBOLTS MEN’S AND WOMEN’S SIDES SUFFER RESPECTIVE LOSSES

The Tamworth Thunderbolts men’s side suffered a rare setback on the weekend, with the Newcastle Hunters pulling-off an upset win.
Chris Skilton top scored for the Bolts, shooting 14 points for the match, in the team’s second loss of the season.
Meanwhile, the results didn’t get any better for the women’s Thunderbolts, as they hosted Shoalhaven yesterday.
The homeside trailed by seven at the end of the first quarter, before that blew-out to 15 at the main break.
Bronte Chillingworth leading the way for the Bolts, shooting 19 points for the match.
