The Hunter’s Sam Poolman and her Giants, have edged closer to top spot in Super Netball, thanks to a comprehensive win over the Swifts.
Looking to exact revenge for a loss to their New South Wales rivals in round three, the Giants raced out to an early lead and never gave it up.
The 66 to 56 victory leaves Poolman’s side just three points behind ladder leaders West Coast Fever, with four rounds remaining.
Next up, the Giants face the Queensland Firebirds in Brisbane on Sunday.
