JET SKI RIDERS RESCUED FROM CLIFF ON CENTRAL COAST

Two Jet Ski riders have been plucked to safety, after becoming trapped on a cliff on the Central Coast.

At around 8 o’clock last night, concerns were raised for two men who had failed to return after leaving Pretty Beach in the late afternoon.

A large search commenced, with the 30-year-old and 32-year-old spotted on a rock ledge near Iron Ladder Beach at Box Head.

Attempts to rescue the men by water were unsuccessful, with the pair airlifted out by the NSW Ambulance helicopter.

Both men were treated onboard the helicopter, and released upon landing.
