The old saying time heals all wounds is ringing true in Lismore, as the town rebuilds 16 months on from the devastating floods.
But the SES says we can’t afford to let the natural disaster slip to the back of our minds.
Instead, the community is encouraged to use it as a motivator to prepare for future weather events.
