The second stage of a major upgrade of Coffs Harbour’s Jetty Foreshore will get underway next week.
The $1.1-million project has so far seen new signage and timber bollards installed, with tree planting also underway in the park.
From Monday the existing picnic shelters will be demolished, to make way for new barbeques and other amenities.
The works have been funded with the aid of a $450,000 federal government grant.
