A learner motorcyclist whose licence is disqualified until 20-68 has been charged with two offences.
The 50-year-old man was stopped by police in Taree just before 8:30 last night as part of a random breath-test.
Police say the rider was unable to produce a valid driver’s licence and returned a positive blood alcohol reading.
He will appear in Taree Local Court on July 3.
