MEN’S HEALTH WEEK

Men are being encouraged to speak out about their health issues, as Men’s Health Week kicks off.
In Tamworth, a local prostate cancer support group is using it to start discussions about the disease.
Particularly, they want to show that the strongest thing a man can do is smash the stigma associated with country men being sick.
“Breast cancer has got the high profile, and being men, their mostly bulletproof and it’s very hard to get that high profile about the problems,” says Ian Osten.
