GLENYALLA ROAD BRIDGE CLOSED

Locals who drive across the Glenyalla Road Bridge will need to find an alternate route.

The bridge is now temporarily closed to all traffic until further notice.

A three-tonne limit was recently imposed by Liverpool Shire Council after damage was found on the timber bridge.

But following further inspection, Council and the RMS have decided to close the bridge for essential maintenance work.
