Two men have been injured, as a result of a violent break and enter at Bellingen on the Mid North Coast.
It’s understood two men forced entry into a home on Ford Street, at around 2 o’clock this morning, allegedly attacking a 31-year-old man with a knife.
The man was then tied up, and driven to another location where it’s alleged he was assaulted again.
After managing to escape, the man sought the assistance of a 37-year-old man, who was injured as he tried to stop the two men driving away in the vehicle.
Officers located the abandoned car nearby.
