Armidale Regional Council has again back flipped on a decision to investigate the feasibility of a rail trail north of the city.
There’s been strong support from two groups…one pushing for a rail trail, another wanting to reinstate the train line.
Council will go ahead with a $50,000 study so it has all the facts before a decision is made.
