Ulmarra residents are leading the charge to make the riverside town a tourist desitination after the Pacific Highway Upgrade.
But residents say there’s some immediate issues that need to be resolved before a long term plan can be implemented – including an extension of the 50 kilometre zone in the local blackspot.
