ACTION GROUPS TO TAKE ON DEVELOPERS FOLLOWING LANDMARK COURT CASE

The Land and Environment Court’s decision to quash approvals for housing developments at Catherine Hill Bay and Gwandalan, has encouraged concerned residents elsewhere.

The Sweetwater Action Group is now calling on the court to throw out approvals for a massive development near Branxton.
