ALLEGED DRINK DRIVER CHARGED AFTER MAN FALLS FROM UTE

An alleged drink driver will face court in June after a man fell from the back of a ute at Bellbird near Cessnock early yesterday morning – leaving him fighting for his life.
The alleged driver, a 25-year-old man, was charged with several offences including dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and mid-range PCA.
His license has also been suspended.
