A teenager has been charged over a fatal crash at Duri, near Tamworth in February.
The crash claimed the life of a 54-year-old man when the Nissan X-Trail he was travelling in collided with a Toyota Hilux on Werris Creek Road.
The 18-year-old driver of the Hilux was arrested in Tamworth on Friday and charged with multiple offences, including dangerous driving occasioning death.
He will face court on May 22.
