DREDGING SET TO RESUME IN SWANSEA CHANNEL

Dredging operations in the Swansea Channel will resume over the next few weeks after a build up of sediment.
Parliamentary Secretary for the Hunter Scot MacDonald has announced the state government will spend $100,000 on the works.
It follows the $1.1-million already spent on two separate dredging operations since 2015.
Weather permitting, the work should be complete by the end of May.
