TRAFFIC LIGHTS PROPOSED FOR BRUXNER HWY AT MOLESWORTH ST

Lismore has an abundance of roundabouts, but new traffic lights have been proposed for the Bruxner Highway.

The New South Wales government wants to transform the roundabout at Molesworth Street to a traffic light intersection.

It’s part of a $6-million dollar plan to reduce congestion and improve safety at the busy intersection, which sees 25,000 motorists a day.

Feedback closes on July 30, which can be made via the Transport for New South Wales website.
