A Black Uhlans bikie accused of assaulting a lifeguard at Burleigh Beach has been arrested again.
Sergeant-at-arms Liborio Di Vita was back in court this morning to face fresh charges of breaching his bail and unlicenced driving.
The 36-year-old’s lawyer claimed he slept through his reporting deadline, then drove himself to the Police Station with a disqualified licence.
Just four days ago, Di Vita lashed out at a reporter outside the watchhouse…after a no show at court the day before.
Today Police snuck him out a side exit, to avoid another violent episode.
