MAN KILLED AND FIVE INJURED IN NORTH WEST CRASH
An 18-year-old man has been killed and five others injured in a head-on collision at Boggabri in the New South Wales North West.
Emergency services were called to the Kamilaroi Highway just north of Boggabri around 7pm yesterday, where a Toyota Camry had collided head-on with a Honda Civic.
A back seat passenger in the Honda Civic, an 18-year-old man died at the scene, while four others travelling in the car were also injured including an 18-year-old woman, who has since been flown to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital.
The driver of the Camry, a 45-year-old woman was treated for minor injuries.
