NSW SENIORS GOLF TOURNAMENT TEES OFF NAMBUCCA

Day one of the New South Wales Seniors Golf tournament has begun in Nambucca.

The presitgious event for over 55’s saw 145 starters tee-off in perfect conditions.

It’s the first time the 54 hole, three-day tournament has been played in Nambucca.

Attracting big names, such as former tour professional Lester Peterson.

Matt Taylor from Stonecutters Ridge Golf Club was one of the early pace setters today, finishing one under par with a round of 68.

“I started really well, I was six under after 12 and finished one under so but if a fall back 9 but I’m happy with it.”
