AFL TEAMS FLOCK TO NARRABRI FOR CROSSROADS CUP

It’s a pre-season tournament that will help players blow out some off-season cobwebs, with various sides coming together tomorrow to contest the Narrabri Crossroads Cup.

AFL teams from Tamworth, Gunnedah, Moree and New England will partake in the competition, with each team playing a minimum of three matches.

In a bid to bolster their playing rosters and increase participation, some clubs are also pitching the carnival as a ‘come and try’ opportunity.

The first match gets underway at 9am, with the final to begin at 6pm.
