Emergency services have resumed the search for a missing swimmer at Valla Beach near Coffs Harbour.
The 22 year old Queensland man, who was last scene on Friday afternoon, disappeared after becoming caught in a rip at the popular holiday spot.
The search was suspended overnight due to poor light and large seas but resumed at first light this morning with Water Police, Surf Life Saving and the Volunteer Rescue Association assisting police officers.
