Police have formed a strike force to investigate several drive-by shootings in the Hunter.
It comes after shots were fired into a house at Tenambit overnight for the second time in a month.
No one was inside the property at the time.
It follows a shooting at Gillieston Heights a fortnight ago.
Strike Force Darnay will consider whether the shootings are related to outlaw motorcycle gangs.
