Port Macquarie’s Sovereign Hills Estate is continuing to expand after recieving approval from Port Macquarie-Hastings Council to construct its biggest residential precinct to date.
The latest release will see 500 new homes built in the “Heritage” precinct.
It’s expected to create hundreds of new jobs and generate more than $250-million into the local economy.
Earth moving contractors have started preparing the site, with construction expected to take more than three years.
