A man has died after the car he was driving crossed to the wrong side of the road and collided with a truck in the state’s north west.
The accident happened at around 2am on the Newell Highway, about 20km south of Moree.
The driver of the car died at the scene and is yet to be formally identified.
The truck driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
