THREE WANTED IN RELATION TO GLEN INNES ARMED ROBBERY
Police are asking for assistance from the public to identify three people following an armed robbery in the north west yesterday.
A man and a woman, armed with a carving knife, entered a store on Church Street in Glen Innes at around 10pm, and threatened a 26-year-old male employee.
The pair stole cash before leaving, but police believe a third man was waiting outside before the group fled on foot.
No one was physically injured during the robbery.
Police now wish to speak with two men and a woman who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
One man has been described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, slim build, and was wearing a blue and white hooded jumper, black tracksuit pants, and black and white running shoes.
A woman has been described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, large build, with long black hair and blonde tips, wearing a grey jumper, grey pants and carrying a grey shopping bag.
The second man has been described as 165cm tall and wearing a black and white top.
