Hunter cricketers Sam Bates and Maisy Gibson have helped the Sydney Thunder to a big win against the Melbourne Renegades, to move to spot on the WBBL ladder.
Bates grabbed the wicket of Claire Koski, before finishing with figures of 1 for 7.
Gibson dismissed Hayley Jensen as the Thunder won by four wickets with four overs to spare.
