WALLABY STOPS BY NATIONAL RUGBY CAMP

Aspiring young rugby players have had the chance to learn from a Wallaby, with Jack Dempsey stopping by the National Rugby Camp in Armidale today.
He spent the morning mentoring senior players – Dempsey impressed with the quality of play.
“That’s really the main reason why we’re out here as Waratahs is to connect with these kids, get them more enthused and passionate and sticking with rugby union.”
The Waratahs’ flanker is currently undergoing rehab following a hamstring injury last season.
“I obviously has surgery the start of November, every things on track really. Looking at about a 5 6 month lay off until I’ll be back so looking to return mid aril, late April.”
