Wingham’s Luke Bailey has delivered an admirable performance in the final of the 100 metre race, at the Wheelchair Racing World Championships in Dubai.
Despite speeding down the track, Bailey couldn’t quite keep up with Finland… finishing 7th overall.
The 22-year-old is happy with his efforts and says wearing the green and gold uniform fulfilled a lifelong dream.
