Police are asking the public to dob in hoons, as they investigate a number of incidents in the Grafton area.
Coffs Clarence officers have released mobile phone vision, after receiving numerous reports of car hoons deliberately putting oil on the roads and conducting burnouts.
They say it’s reckless and dangerous, and is risking not only their safety, but that of innocent road users.
