The body of a man who went missing while swimming in the Clarence River has been recovered.
The man, aged 76, was camping with family members about 70km north west of Grafton, when he experienced difficulties while swimming about 6pm on Saturday.
His body was found at around 6am today, a short distance from where he was last sighted.
Police have spoken to witnesses and a report will be prepared for the Coroner.
