A 66-year-old man is facing Lismore Local Court after he allegedly sexually assaulted two children, at Nimbin over the weekend.
The children, an 8-year-old boy and 11-year-old girl, were playing with the man’s dog on Saturday, before they were allegedly indecently and sexually assaulted by him.
The children ran to their parents, before the man left the area.
The accused was later arrested in Uralba Street in Lismore and taken to Lismore Police Station where he was later charged.
