A 32-year-old Warners Bay man will face Newcastle Local Court today, after police allegedly seized illegal drugs and more than $1000 cash from a motel room.
Police say they’ve been searching for the man since earlier this year, when he was allegedly involved in several pursuits.
Yesterday officers seized a stolen car from Hillsborough Road at Warners Bay, before forcing entry to a nearby motel room.
There, a 32-year-old man was arrested and later charged with a string of offences including break, enter and steal and police pursuit.
A 25-year-old woman was also issued a court attendance notice for possessing a prohibited drug, while a 35-year-old woman will appear before Belmont Local Court next month, charged with two offences.
