A great spot. A former coal mine soon to be a vibrant community. Luckily the developer persevered against the nimby’s and common sense prevailed. It will be the envy of every other suburb. I think the prices now achieved already reflect that.
However, I can understand how the existing “locals” are annoyed as the new locals will have town water, sewage, NBN and wont have their Homes heritage listed like the existing termite ridden dumps.
