The front moving across the south-east has some cold air in it, so temperatures are set to drop by up to 20 degrees for parts of Victoria tonight.
As the front approaches the local region, things will only get hotter and windier. A total fire ban has been issued for the north-west and Greater Hunter regions.
The change will move across our region overnight Wednesday into Thursday delivering some much needed relief along with some wet weather.
