OLD BAR HOMEOWNERS IN LIMBO AFTER STATE GOVT REFUSES TO ENDORSE ROCK WALL

Homeowners in Old Bar have been left in limbo, with the state government refusing to endorse a proposal for a rock wall on the beach, but failing to put forward any other options to stop the erosion.

The decision could mean Taree Council is forced to drop its policy of protection at Old Bar.
