Australian cricket legend Brett Lee was at Avoca Beach Public school today launching the Central Coast leg of the Weetbix Kids TRYathlon.
Despite being one of Australia’s fiercest competitors in his time, he gave the kids a different message.
“We’re not about getting in first spot it’s about competing it’s about completion about making sure you are going through and having some fun and you get a nice little gold medal at the end”
Registrations are open now for the event, to be held on Feburary 5.
