Catholic school teachers across the Armidale Diocese are set to go on strike for the second time this month.
On Monday, rallies will be held in Armidale and Tamworth, with teachers protesting the lack of rights to arbitration in the proposed new enterprise agreement.
Locals will be among 350 schools around the state taking part in strike action.
