COFFS HARBOUR COUNCIL LOOKS TO ADVANCE ENTERPRISE PARK

Discussions are underway at Coffs Harbour Council over the future of an Enterprise Park next to the airport.
The Northern Joint Regional Planning Panel approved the 99-lot subdivision at the northern end of the precinct earlier this year.
Tonight, council is deciding whether to advance the development of the industrial estate, with the initial stages estimated to cost $10.4-million.
It’s also considering whether to seek grant funding from the state government.
