A 23-year-old man has suffered head injuries and is in a serious condition in Gold Coast Hospital after an incident in Lismore yesterday.
Police allege a fight broke out between him and his 18-year-old brother on the corner of Woodlark and Keen street just before 3am on Sunday morning.
It’s believed the older man fell during the fight and hit his head.
The 18-year-old was charged with recklessly inflicting grievous bodily harm and will appear at Lismore Local Court on the 11th of November.
