Meantime local artists have joined the fight against coal seam gas mining using creativity to convey the no drilling message.
Art in the Heart hopes it will improve the community’s understanding of the potential environmental damage caused by mining.

The Lismore Arts Centre has also become an anti-coal seam gas information booth, where people can sign petitions and get involved in the fight against coal seam gas mining.
