Catholic School teachers across the region will stop work on Monday morning, as negotiations over workers’ rights reaches breaking point.
The Independent Education Union is calling for the right to take any workplace dispute to arbitration.
It says protests are a last resort, but Catholic employers have failed to respond to the union’s requests for almost a year.
