While several major parties are yet to announce their candidates for the New England by-election, Armidale-based Independent Rob Taber has confirmed he will run.
It will be the third time Mr Taber has gone up against Barnaby Joyce – running in the 20-13 and 20-16 federal elections.
As the owner of New England Solar – Mr Taber says one of his top priorities will be energy.
