A man’s faced court in Newcastle over a fatal crash near Bulahdelah earlier this month.
39-year-old Mario Formosa is accused of fleeing the scene, after his car slammed into a tree at Wootton – claiming the life of his passenger, a 37-year-old man.
Formosa was arrested at Warners Bay last night, and charged with dangerous driving occasioning death, negligent driving, and failing to stop and assist.
